I Believe" by Naiima Jabati

I believe that God has given us all a special purpose in life for us to fulfill.  It varies from person to person, but God has set plans for us that we all complete during our everyday lives. We all have different passions, jobs, interests, driving forces, etc., but these all are in relation to our purpose and God’s vision for each of us.  God sets the foundation for us, but it is our job to live a meaningful life through our different purposes.  This is important because with this, we are able to live by example while also making a difference in many ways, which signifies God’s goal of our becoming.  He gives us this purpose to build our character and become what he has planned for us to be.  I believe that God wants us all to prosper.  I believe that God wants us all to grow.  I believe that God wants us to mount up spiritually so that we are more holy, which can also be a sign of our faith.  Overall, through the things we do and the things we experience, we become on step closer into fulfilling our God-given purpose.  I believe that whatever God has planned for us will always be in good favor and will lead us to open gates to continuous joy, miracles, and blessings.

                                          “I Believe” by Sylvia Spotts

“I believe” that God the Father Almighty is the Supreme Maker and ruler of the earth.  I believe this not just for today, but always.  His Will, will be done, not ours and not always to our liking.

My belief is that Jesus was conceived by the Spirit of God and born to the Virgin Mary.  He did suffer, was crucified, dead and buried, He did rise from the dead and ascend into heaven to be His Father’s right hand man.  He will judge us swiftly.

I believe in the Holy Spirit of God, the undivided church, the sharing of bread and wine with those who have gone before us, that He will forgive our sins, that He will come back again and that we will live with God in His house.

Live everyday to the fullest.  Make time to say your prayers and read your Bible daily.  Believe me, my prayers are getting longer every day.

Whenever possible try to walk and appreciate the beauty in our surroundings.  Only God could create the beauty that comes with every season.  I feel very blessed to be able to visualize the beauty many wish they could see, but can’t.

Help us find happiness (not always easy because life isn’t always easy.) Help us strengthen our minds and let us do something nice or help someone whenever the moment presents.  Even if it’s just a smile.  A smile goes a long way.

Don’t criticize or find fault (sometimes this is hard not to do).

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not to your own understanding.

(Proverbs 3:5-6)
